What’s a rooftop mall parkade? Who’s Nelly Furtado?
I’d heard the name Nelly Furtado somewhere before, but had to check Google to find out who she was.
I wouldn’t consider ‘rooftop mall parkade’ to be a commonly used expression. It just seems to be the way she happened to decide to say something in a song. She certainly did not coin the any of the words.
Is she the singer who became known with the song “Promiscuous”?
