1- why think appearance in past mode ?

“thought” is a noun there. It is not the past tense of “think”.
“beautiful thought’s been already sung” is not a valid sentence. Possibly the full sentence should be “Every beautiful thought’s been already sung”, which seems to be a song lyric.
