I’m writing this letter to complain about your own products. I purchased a kettle in your shop on the 20th of May. After that , when ı decided to use it did not work. I tried to heat some water bu it did not heat even water was still cold.
İnitially ,ı think the cable it is not suitable for this kind of machine. What ı mean ıt can not generate electricity to kettle because it has a lack of conductivity. Thus , ı could not prepare my dinner for my visitor. If your kettle worked properly , we would have a great dinner anyway it was a excellent time for us. Although ı called your shop , no one gave me a plausible explanation about my problem. I think talked one of your represantive who is kelly. He refused to talk me without any apologize. He said that he was so busy to talked by phone. I understand that you worked hard nevertheless you have to answer the phone, talked and if there is a problem will try to solve.
I need your prompt attention about this situation. I paid 15 dollars fort his machine my bill is enclosed. I want to refund my Money or change my kettle with new one.
