Should I say “I know right now you are felling what I’ve been felling” or " I know right now you are having the same feeling as I am", which one is better,.
And one more thing, please give me some advice if it’s possible!

“why I haven’t ‘add friend’ you” doesn’t sound right. You could say “why I haven’t added you as a friend”.
“cuz” is not proper English.
The words “and only” do not appear to make sense in that context. Only what?
