Please correct

  1. My father is in my home town.
  2. I am feeling now that I should have born after 2000
so that I can learn and enjoy the advancement of science.
  3. I don’t know, why not, you, may be the one, travelling to Mars on business at later years.
    Please correct the above.
    Thanks.

What do you mean by (1)? It seems a strange thing to say. Do you mean one of these:
My father still lives in my home town?
My father is visiting my home town?

  1. I feel that I should have been born after 2000 so that I can experience the further advancement of scientific discoveries.
  2. I don’t know, you may be the one travelling to Mars on business in the future. Why not?

Beeesneees,
What I mean for #1 is : “My father still lives in my home town. He is there only.”
Is the preposition ‘in’ I have used OK or not?

It is very unclear. It indicates that he is there at this moment, but doesn’t necessarily live there and may only be passing through.

It needs ‘lives’, ‘dwells’, ‘abides’ etc. for clarity.

My father is living in my home town.
My father lives in my home town.

Beeesneees,
Can’t I say, “My father is in my home town” without adding ‘living’.
Can I say,“My father is at my home town.”
Which one is more appropriate?
Thanks.

As message #4.

Beeesneees,
Can I say: “My father is with me in my hometown now.”?
Please comment. Thanks.

Still no indication of whether either of you are living there.
Why are you so reluctant to use ‘lives’, etc. as indicated?
