A: It is unprecedented that somebody got a jackpot.

B: Do you like Japanese raw fish?

C: I want to eat carrots raw.

D: I want to eat it raw.

E: We’ll never lose our dominance over Kimchi.

Your sentence:

confuses present with past (is and got). You could say ‘should get’ or simply ‘for somebody to get…’
