plays in perfect time

“He always plays (violin) in perfect time.”
What does it mean?
Does it mean he plays perfectly without making mistake?
Please comment.
Thanks.

1)It’s the perfect time of day.
It’s the last day of your life.
Don’t let it slip away.
2)The Golden Hour refers to the hour before sunset and after sunrise, the first and last hour of sunlight in the day.
The Golden Hour is sometimes called the Magic Hour. And, no wonder. This time of day is simply magical.
It is almost universally agreed among photographers that these are the very best hours of the day to take photos because of the special character and quality of light
1)- the lyrics from a song, 2) -also referred to as Perfect Time. Maybe it’ll help.
Regards.

Hi Allifathima,

This

suggests that he plays the violin according to the way that the music is written, following the correct order of notes and the correct number of pauses.
