I’m not 100% sure about “on top of all others”. If this is a list on a screen then I think “at the top of the list” would be better, if that’s what it means.
I also think it may be misleading to say that Mike will “definitely” read the messages. I mean, he may never even log in to the app again, right? You could perhaps say “so that Mike will be able to read them”?
To me, there seem to be two features in play here, which have been conflated in a way that is not crystal clear. The first is the ability to add messages at all given that Mike’s messagebox is full (I assume); the second is the ability to bump my messages to the top of the list, which perhaps I can do at any time as a VIP?
