People work because they need money to live. What are some other reasons?

Thank you Kitos!

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the opinion that the most important aspect why human beings take one or another job is because of the money. However, as far as I am concerned, I strongly believe that accepting the offers they want their dreams come true, and they try to find a place with brilliant career opportunities.

All people have been faced with the problem of searching for a job, and it is not a secret the higher our salary the more likely we agree to offer. But as for me, the money is not a big deal when you want to realize your dreams. For instance, before becoming a write, every day I was searching for any job everywhere. Moreover, I paid too little attention to the salary due to the fact that I had wanted to find a job of my dream. Once I had a great offer from the National Bank with a huge sum of money in the contract, however, thinking of my life-work, which is a writer, I rejected that business proposition.

Another reason why I believe that the money is not the most significant reason why people decide to work in one or another companies is that they are interested in future opportunities and knowledge which they may gain. For example, when my sister was seeking for a job, she received two great offers. In such a way she was choosing between two well-known companies. Despite the fact that the first company was proposing lots of money, she chose the second one, which gave her a chance to be a good specialist her field, and afforded her career opportunities.

Summing up the above reasons, we may safely draw the conclusion that the huge amounts of money offering by the employers are not the most essential cause why people agree on jobs. I think that people sign their offers due to the fact that it makes them happy realizing their dreams, and, it is a good chance to become an expert in different fields, extending their stores of knowledge.
