Police: Our message to people out in the community on when to call the emergency number is if they see a crime in progress, or they have any type of life-threatening situation.

The citizens who live in a particular area, often referred to as a “neighborhood.”

There are lots of examples such as an accident, an assault, a car crash, a terrorist attack, etc.
