Nowadays, in regard to fast growing the difficulties and pressures of life, the issue of how to evade these horrid stresses is being widely debated. A group of people claim reading is the best way to forget about the stress, another group suggests exercise and the other may mention working in a garden. Speaking for myself, if I am about to choose one of them, I would much rather exercise than others for the following reasons.

To begin with, it could be asserted that, doing sport grants numerous capabilities for removing the stress and pressure from borders of life. First and for most, it will result in better metabolism and therefore better circulation of blood on one’s brain. Hence, the capability of the brain boosts up and then the person is more competent to get along with his difficulties. Secondly, according to some researches conducted in “Health Community” magazine, it is approved that doing sport has positive correlation with the level of being relax. Maybe the reason is that doing exercise gives such a spiritual sense to people, which finally leads into becoming max and relax.

Further, not only is sport a good habit for relaxing and caring for mind, but also it contributes to physical improvement. To put it more bluntly, being physically healthy is able to remove a great deal of barriers in front of people. Sometimes difficulties are originated in physical illnesses. Fire instance, in elder ages of life, mostly people are evolved with matters such as proving money for surgeries or expensive medicine. In addition, being physically healthy grants people self confidence and self esteem to deal with daily stresses of life.

To sum up, regarding the facts mentioned above, I am of the opinion that, doing exercise on a regular base could be a good treatment against stress without any side or after effect.
