pay through your cell phone? (id 106/107)

Hi, which of these phrases is better?

Pay through your cell phone.
Pay by your cell phone.
Pay from your cell phone.
Pay with your cell phone.

And what about this one:
Enable your customers to pay you directly through their mobile phone bill.

Many thanks,

Perhaps it would be better to add ‘account’ in order to avoid confusion?

Pay through/with your cell phone account.

This:
Enable your customers to pay you directly through their mobile phone bill.
seems perfectly understandable to me.

Thanks a lot for this, Bev.[YSaerTTEW443543]
