Is this sentence grammatically correct? And which one is better?

  1. I cooked dinner. That’s why my mom is happy.
  2. I have cooked dinner. That’s why my mom is happy.
  3. I cooked dinner. That’s why my mom was happy.
  4. My mom is happy because I cooked dinner.
  5. My mom is happy because I had cooked dinner.
  6. My mom is happy because I have cooked dinner.

With the exception of sentence number 5 all of your sentences are grammatically correct in my opinion. Whether those questions sound natural is a different story.
