Ordinal Numbers

Hi all of you,

I was wondering where I could find a little more information about ordinal numbers; I mean is it ‘one million and first/ one millionth and first’…? I know it’s ‘one millionth’, but there are very few grammars that give detailed information about this. Perhaps I have the wrong grammars. That could be the case too.

It should be “one million and first”. In all cases, only the final number changes to ordinal form.
