For example , nowadays, everybody can buy half-done food from supermarkets, which simplifies the cooking process. All that remains to be done is to finish the rest of food preparation procedure.Therefore, it is not necessary to wait a lot of time before the food is ready to be eatten.
Another reason why easier food preparation has improved the way people live is that they save a lot of time , which can be spent on other useful activities. They can plan to do more beneficial things like improving their health and immunity.For example, they can go in for sports and exercise to build their body.They can also dedicate more time to their hobbies.
Apart from saving time, people have opportunities to taste different cuisines from all around the world . Putting less time on cooking gives everybody possibility to prepare and taste various kinds of food .In a way, this is a contribution in improving skills and developing a talent in art of cooking, as well as in upgrading the level of general knowledge because preparing other countries’ food means being acquainted with foreign cultures.
