Talking about first date

Woman: I kept wiping my fingers and my face with what I thought was a napkin.

Reporter: Uhum!

Woman: It was my skirt. Ha, ha, ha. And it was the first date. So, you could imagine how I felt…

so, no more dinners on the first date; walked safely.

1- What does “no more dinners” mean in this case?

2- What does “walked safely” mean?

I’m not going to dinner on a first date anymore.

“Walked safely” doesn’t make sense. Could it be something like “to be safe”?

I listened a bunch of times and even ran it through filters. I can’t understand what she says.
It’s possible she says “same thing” not “safely”.

It sounds to me like “Walks, and safe things.” Activities not likely to lead to embarrassing situations.
