Could you please tell me the name of the skin disease in which the person’s body breaks into many, many permament white spots? Apparently, the disease has no cure and it is always successful in making the person appear ill-favored.

The name of that disease is vitiligo, but in ordinary American vernacular it’s often called “white patch” or “white patch disease”.
