The correct and standard formal expression would be “Dear Sir or Madam”, but here in the forum things are usually less formal than that. You can just write “Hi everybody”, for example. :smiley:

It’s hard to be sure without more context, but it sounds like it means “to specify/quantify the size of the harvest”
