Meal out vs Meal off

‘I haven’t had my meal out’ and ‘I haven’t had my meal off’. Do all means the same thing as ‘I haven’t eating?’. Thanks

I haven’t eaten. <-- I have not had anything to eat (within a certain period of time)

I haven’t had my meal out. <-- I have not eaten at a restaurant, cafe or similar place.

‘I haven’t had my meal off’ doesn’t make any sense. You could say ‘I haven’t had my mealtime off’ which indicates that you have not had a prescribed eating time (lunch time) off work.
