many a times vs many a time

1) Many a times, I see people worried about little things.
2) Many a time, I see people worried about little things.
3) Many times, I see people worried about little things.

Can someone please tell me which of the above sentences are correct? Do they mean the same?

Daemon, only the second is regularly in use.

The first is wrong, and is the second with a letter wrongly added.

The third,is not heard in normal circles.

You could also use “often” instead of “many times”.

Often I see people worried about little things.
