like

“She is like to get married again.”
In this sentence is ‘like’ used as preposition or what?

What is the source of this? To me it looks like either a mistake or a dialect/archaic use of “like” to mean “likely”.

Dozy,
So the sentence should be: “She is likely to get married again”.
Here ‘likely’ is adverb ?
Please comment.

In “She is likely to get married again”, “likely” is an adjective.
