IMHO, the phrase “the same like” is not correct in your sentences. As far as I know “the same as” is OK.
I would endorse what Foreigner says and add:
4. Life is the same, and it’s not that bad.
Life is the same, whether at (in) Delhi or Chennai, and it’s not that bad.
