Let's eat out(side) and make the most of the sun(shine)

Hi,

It’s such a fine day. Let’s eat outside and make the most of the sunshine. About the last sentence can I simply say “Let’s eat out and make the most of the sun”?

‘… make the most of the sun’ is okay, but ‘eat out’ usually means eating away from home, at a restaurant, cafe, etc.
