… a new government …
Beeesneees,
- Can We say :
1a. It’s (high) time we go.
1b. It’s (high) time we will go. -
2 sentence’s sub-ordinate class is in past tense while its #3 is in present tense.
Do you say both are allowed grammatically?
3. Can we say :
3a. It’s time for a new government under new leadership, which is why people will support Rahul Gandhi.
Please comment.
Thanks.
- No
- They supported him (during the campaign)
- They support him (now)
- They are both possible. Whichc you use depends on context and meaning. In 2. I would imagine the new leader has just been elected.
3a is also possible.
