  1. It is no use me working.
    It’s okay but clumsy. My preference would be, “There is no point in me working.”

  2. I intended to have written.
    That’s fine, unless you really mean, “I intended to write.”

  3. I was that tired I could hardly speak.

Even if ‘hardly … spoken’ were the correct form, the ‘of’ would be wrong.
Hardly HAVE spoken. Should HAVE come. Would HAVE seen, etc.
This is becoming such a common error, even among native speakers, but it is just down to slovenly speech. ‘of’ is completely wrong here.
