Is training-taker the right way to say?

Is it right to say “training-takers” to describe people that are taking part of a training at a company, for example, as well as we would say “test-takers”?

thanks!

What about ‘participants’ or trainees’? You can say “test takers” but the expression “training takers” doesn’t exist.[YSaerTTEW443543]

Yes, I vote for “trainees.”

thanks…
I just forgot that possibility.
