Converting people to our religious faith can only be accomplished successfully when we continue to exert our utmost efforts.

Is ‘successfully’ redundant?

I would say yes because the verb to accomplish means to reach a goal or achieve something. You can’t reach a goal or achieve something ‘unsuccessfully’.

Perhaps ‘fully accomplished’.
