Is prounciation variation norm in English language?

I always find people pronouncing the same word in different way, is it okay to have too many variations of pronunciation and to what extent it is acceptable. Just for example take the word orange:

I have heard people pronouncing it like Awrange, Ohrange, Ahrange etc.
Same is the case with ‘following’ which is pronounced as fawllowing, fohllowing etc.

:o

Dear friend,

If you pay attention to the phonetic of the words in the dictionery you will find it really easy. so this is my advice that you refer just to the phonetic of the words.
