Is it a complete sentence? "As you may know..."

Hi

Could you please tell me if it’s a complete sentence? (the red one)

Tom

Hi Tom

I would consider it a complete sentence if you added a comma after the word ‘know’.

Without that comma, your sentence theoretically means “Since/because you may know (that) I am leaving the country tomorrow”. And that is not a complete sentence.

Why do I have the feeling you already knew that, Tom?
