Informations from the Arena Leipzig!

Last Friday my wife and I watched a fantastic show by German comedian Dieter Nuhr. Before the show we heard a recorded male voice giving general information about the venue (The Arena Leipzig) in German followed by a female voice giving the same information in English. The woman had a very pleasant accent and her English was meticulous except for just one little mistake at the beginning when she said: ‘… some informations …’

Maybe someone should tell them?[YSaerTTEW443543]

It should be “some information” , right? In that case, It could be a tongue slip!

I presume that the speaker is not aware of the accepted plural form of “information.”
