In the above link there is a movie. I can play it. If once I played and now I disconnect the net line, It still possible to play the movie without internet connection(if I don’t close the wave page). it means the movie has already downloaded and stored in my computer. I want to save it permanently to my computer. I want to know where it has downloaded and stored so that I can copy it and save it in my specific location.

It will be in your temporary internet files folder, but it won’t be easily recogniseable - or possibly even playable - from there.
