Which one is correct?

I’m a fan of…
or just
I’m fan of…

Could I use “really” to emphasize?

“I’m a fan of…”

In this case, probably the most common way to emphasise is “I’m a big fan of…”. “I’m really a fan of…” is also possible though, as is “I’m a real fan of…”, “I’m a huge fan of…”, “I’m a massive fan of…”, and probably others!
