I think Alibaba, Tencent, IBM and Amazon are major players in the quantum computing space too. Germany is still using fax, Diesel, cash, coal and other analogue technologies while reminiscing the good old times when they were dominating the world with their Prussian army. If you want to have a laugh just google the term ‘GaiaX’
