Where I live, a child says “I want to pass urine” when they want to urinate.
Shouldn’t it be “pass water” instead? (When I referred to my dictionaries I couldn’t find the phrase “pass urine”.)
Thanks.

How about “I want to drop a long tear”?
How about “I have to pee?” As far I know the human body signals that fluids we don’t need any more leave our body. It is more a neccessity and not a wish.
