Which one is correct in the following sentences?

  1. I love computer.
  2. I love computers.

And what’s the difference if they’re both correct?

‘Computer’ is a countable noun and you therefore need to indicate whether it is ‘a’ or ‘the’ in the singular. This sentence is incomplete:

In the plural there is no need for ‘the’ if you are talking in general terms and so this sentence is correct:
