Hi, I want to upload some of my previous speaking to evaluate, but I cannot attach them. Would you please explain why? Are we obligated to recored all voices on website and cannot attach from our previous recorded voices from computer?

You cannot attach audio files. The many audio files which would be uploaded by members would put too great a load on this free site.
You can either use the websites audio facility or you can upload an audio file to another website and provide a link to it.
