  1. I asked the server what items has been taken down for my order to make sure there is no missing item.

  2. I asked the server if she has taken down all the items for my order. ( Can I say taken down?)

  3. What and how many items are on my order now?

  4. The server forgot to take down one items for my order

Can I phrased the above sentences in such ways? Can I use take down in the above sentences? Please advise.
