I am leaning to use the words survey, analysis and decide to construct sentences

  1. I will inform you if we decide/ we have decided to move forward with the application. ( should I say we decide or we have decided?).

  2. We need to conduct a survey and analysis about the location of business location.

  3. We need to conduct a location survey and analysis for the business location.

Can I construct the above sentences in such ways? Please advise. Ok

We need to conduct a survey in order to decide on the business location.
