Hi,
A friend of mine works for a German company that creates customized ERP software modules for mobile phone applications. He told me that in the US mobile network operators require that software applications for branded cell phones be licensed by them. So they want to know how they can get in contact with people who deal with cell phone software license questions in the US. My suggestion is that the German company creates materials that describe how US cell phone operators can benefit from working with them.
Do you have any ideas?
