How to dictate a web address containing a hyphen?

Hi, I think we have discussed this before but I’d like broach the topic again: How do you dictate a URL (web address) that contains a hyphen? Do you say dash, hyphen or even minus? (I know an American who has lived several years in Germany and he says minus when he refers to the dash in a web domain.) But then again, he also says You can call me on my handy ;-).

Thanks for sharing your thoughts,

Not that I often need to say it, but I use the term dash in those cases, perhaps because URLs may contain numbers. I call it hyphen in relation with words and texts only (I fail to see the logic in this, too!).
