How to combine the sentences?

Is this correct?

Hyperlinks #1, #2 and #3 shown in Fig.1.0, allow users to register with DSS shown in Fig.3.0, retrieve the lost info shown in Fig.4.0, and change the password shown in Fig.5.0 respectively.

This is what I have:

  1. Hyperlinks #1, #2 and #3 shown in Fig.1.0
  2. Hyperlink #1 allows users to register with DSS —This is shown in Fig.3.0
  3. Hyperlink #2 allows users to retrieve the lost info----This is shown in Fig.4.0
  4. Hyperlink #3 allows users to change the password—This is shown in Fig.5.0
