I am so sorry about this, i’ve no camera to take a shot of myself but I’ll go out and persaude one, so next time I definitely you will see my face on the forum. and thank you for the grammatical book. I am doing two pages a night, and so I’m on the eight pages “modal vs.” I got a few wrong and the majorities right. like anything etse it become a repetition and that is how one learns.
I can’t find how to upload my picture on the forum. I know, going to profile and upload your picture, but where do you find that. Thanks, I have never upload a picture of myself before so I am a learner. Thanks Torsten.

This forum is full of learners of every ability. Please don’t worry about making mistakes when you write in the forum.
Your message isn’t mistake free, but the meaning is clear and understandable, and it is only with practice that you will improve it further.
“No pain, no gain”… in this case, if you don’t face your fear of making a mistake (the painful part for you) then you won’t improve (the gain).
It is more usually used of exercise. If you don’t exercise your muscles until they ache 9the pain) then you won’t get fitter/stronger/slimmer (the gain).
