I appreciate your training. It is very effective; especially, the part of learning of different application of words which are apparently similar.
About being advanced learner, I dare say I’m not; but, I’m advancing one. Anyway, I have two problems:
1- I couldn’t be registered on the forum yet. I observe an error message.

I can say that it’s not easy measure yourself skills but I can easily find my problems with English. I can understand very well written and spoken language but i can not speak a very fluent English because i have information only in some types of conversations i mean, talking about technical part of my job I am very fluent but the handicap is talking about politic,mathematic,science, ecc

Your question is very interesting. I think that advanced students think they are advanced when they are in a certain environment with certain conditions. For example, they can solve any exercises given to them and also to their friends who may be worse at English than them. I think advanced exercises are defined differently to different students of different levels. In your case, I think students want to have more difficult exercises with more difficult words( longer or more rare) and they needs to use many skills to solve the tasks.

I think that the answer about our english level is quite simple: if you understand every word at the listening exercises you can consider yourself advanced level, but if you have many doubts about writing and spelling you should consider yourself one or two levels down, thats my situation now. I need to replay several times each podcast lesson to be able to answer correctly.

My thinking about that question “How to measure my language level?” have a simple and pure answer “Just go and get in the English speaking country. If you steel alive : ))) after three mounts and if you had minimum 30 local friend which enjoy whit you that mean your level is lie on the wide and strong basis on which you can build your powerful language skills”.

For now,I cannot measure or say what level I am now.Because I’m still on a process of applying of what I have learned in English.Although,some lessons that I already know but still I need a lot of understanding.I still want to take it step by step until I reach the hard point of English.For now.I can speak English automatically,but not too good.There’s some intances that I think first before I speak.I can understand some difficult words that I don’t have to look for the meaning in a dictionary. I define it on my own understanding.It’s quite amazing because I cannot expect that this is happening to myself that i can’t even notice it.Hmmm…maybe my coach here can tell me where i am now?
