Good morning Babo. You give me too much credit, for I really have no idea of how to analyse this topic.
Surely it is a simple matter to state both sides of the discussion that you have been privy to, and to describe it to another person in a concise manner.

I mean how can I practice these two tasks through this forum. I want to use this forum for these tasks also. I saw a lot of people are using thread for the above two tasks but I do not know how?

If you want to practice it in this forum, you will have to use your own reading and listening passages.
This is what many people are doing here. You can do same and post your response for correction.

On how to tackle integrated tasks, Kitos has already given the hints.
