II confess I didn’t understand why the correct answer is “palm”. I thought it would be “car”. I hope, if possible, an explanation about the correct answer. My regards.

Yes, to grease somebody’s palm is an idiom. Do you know what it means? Do you have a similar idiom in Bulgarian? We do have an equivalent in German: jemanden schmieren

The idiom means to bribe someone to enjoy an unlawful benefit or privilege.
