Having a baby

Would you please explain to me how strange the following sentence is?
Will she have a baby next month?

How about “Is she having a baby next month?”

Thank you.

‘Will she have a baby next month’ is only strange because no one can be sure when the even will occur. ‘Is she having a baby next month?’ has the same problem.

Is she due to have a baby next month?
Is her baby due next month?

Thank you, Beeesneees.

Then, can I say, “Is she going to have a baby next month?”

Yes, again the person would only be able to indicate generally that this is when the event should occur.
