That is indeed a low score. You may want to consider redoing the test if you think it will help (i.e you weren’t feeling well when you wrote the test or had test anxiet etc). However, if you are already a medical student there will be a lot of other things you have done well that can be evaluated, so it is likely that the GRE score will not be terribly important. You should talk to the head of whatever program you are applying to and ask them about your scores and get their advice.
