Good morning, everyone!
Good morning everyone!
Which is correct, the first greeting with a comma or the second without one?
Thanks!

I would not use a comma in this sentence because I normally donât pause after âgood morningâ when I speak.
But, Torsten, when I address a gathering, I tend to give a short pause or use a comma.
Hi Anglophile,
Youâre right. You definitely need to insert a comma after âGood morningâ. There is a tiny little pause, which may or may not be heard, after âgood morningâ and âeveryoneâ.
Thanks, Torsten, Anglophile and Masme!
What about the exclamation mark? Should it be in the sentence?
In my opinion itâs not necessary.
