  1. Should “generally” be capitalised?
  2. Should it be “between 2 and 3 hours max”?

Generally, each session lasts between 2 and 3 hours max. After each session you feel drained and afraid that something bad might happen to you. They will contact you by phone, but if they still cannot reach you, they will visit you at home.
