Why is the next cartoon funny?
The joke is that in the last panel it is revealed that not only is he talking on his cell phone, he is also eating (or intending to eat), which would be doubly distracting/dangerous. I can’t see any more in it than that.
Hmm, it doesn’t elicit any laughter from me.
Maybe a sympathetic chuckle.
